Warning:  They will charge you large amounts for doing no actual work.  They came to inspect a leak in one of my pipes and spent 5 minutes in my house telling me that they would have to tear down my ceiling in order to fix the leak.  For that 5 minute conversation, they charged me $125.  It turns out that the advice was terrible, because I found another plumber that was able to fix the pipe without tearing down my ceiling.  The other plumber charged me the same amount for actually fixing my pipe as BHA charged for the 5 minute conversation.  When I called BHA and told them my concerns, the woman on the phone told me "those are our rates, so it doesn't matter how long we are at your house."  She was extremely short and rude with me.  I will NEVER use this company again.  The only silver lining is that I didn't actually have BHA do the repair work.  I can only imagine how much they would have charged me for doing actual work.
