Jim was fantastic as usual. Jim and the people that answer the phones are always so professional and prompt.  I highly recommend this company and especially this plumber for any work you need. I have had them do a pre-sale inspection of my sewer line (where they helped me find some issues that we then had the seller repair), move a gas line, and advise us on how best to get fuel to a fireplace insert. He even helped me hook up the washing machine when the LG person didn't finish the job.  I wish that all my subcontractors were as competent as him.  Thanks again.

I appreciate that Len the Plumber sends out a picture and bio of the person who is coming to your home for repairs.  My rep was very professional and explained everything clearly.  I have used Len the Plumber for multiple plumbing needs and they've always done a great job.  I would definitely recommend.

There’s a reason why I call on Len the Plumber for all my plumbing and heating needs.  This is my fourth service call and Joseph Allen was the assigned service technician.  I am truly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism rendered by all the service technicians from this company.  This time, I called because three of our rooms in the house are not getting any heat.  We have baseboard heaters throughout.  Joseph restored all our heating and also applied two automatic air release valves into the rooms that historically did not heat as well as the rest.  It is always nice to have that peace of mind that the work that was done truly met the need.  I trusted Len the Plumber in the past and rightfully so, with all my great professional experiences, I will do so again in the future.

Len the Plumber helped us on New Year's Day when a pipe burst in our home.  Jim L. was quickly en-route - even on a holiday where there were pipes bursting in many people's homes.  Jim was courtesy and friendly, and offered solutions to avoid further issues with the same pipe.  He completed his work in about an hour and was on his way to save another family.  Thanks Jim and Len the Plumber!

Prompt,effective service. Reasonable pricing and a job very well done. They clean up after themselves like they were never here. We are thrilled and would recommend them to everyone.
