I had a waterline put in and they did an amazing job. However, the guy who came in and put a hole in our ceiling and stated he wasn't responsible for patching up the hole. We were upset about it because other companies typically would clean up after themselves especially if they put a hole in your ceiling. 

I also had them come over because of my pipes. The pipes were fine however the service guy noticed our hot water heater was not installed correctly. He told the owner who called me and he stressed the importance of how much we were in danger. He said he didn't care if we didn't go through them. He highly suggested we get a new one put in IMMEDIATELY. I got another call that following Monday from the manager who stressed how dangerous the hot water heater was. I appreciate them being concerned and honest. We didn't go through with them because they were too expensive however we did get it done. And I do appreciate their suggestions and their concerns.

Do not use this company if you want to be ripped off. Water heater needed to be replaced and was under warranty from this company.  They wanted to charge $1179.00 to install the water heater.  I did not have to pay for the tank.  Obviously I used a different company to complete the task and it took them a little more than an hour to put in the new tank.  So that tells me that Bruce Solomon plumbing charges at least $600 an hour to install a new water heater. Outrageous and compete rip off.  I have spoken to several friends who are plumbers in the business and they could not believe the prices that some of these mainstream plumbing companies charge. Please beware of these companies including Bruce Solomon.

I was very pleased with my experience today. I was referred to Bruce Solomon by my condominium management company. Lenny Sutton came on time, as promised. He was professional, courteous,  friendly and very skilled. He gave me many helpful tips and clear explanations. He left both areas clean and neat. He worked to insure that everything was in working order. Although I hope I do not need your services, I would not hesitate to call and will be happy to refer your company. The office contact personnel were very friendly.

We have used them for years - for mundane and difficult plumbing issues. They are always reliable, knowledgeable, and available when we need them. We completely trust them!

$40 visit fee, deducted from work done, no time and a half on Saturdays, everyone is fully bonded and experienced.  If you live in the 21136/21117 I can't imagine there is any other place that could possibly beat these guys.  Great experience all around, will be calling them back to address other less pressing issues.
