I MADE A BETTER BOUQUET WITH 22 DOLLAR FLOWERS FROM KROGER. SO. I came here on my fiancé's birthday a few days ago, looking for a bouquet with tulips, his favorite flower. I found this shop because it's near my house. Well big mistake. I went in, nobody was at the front desk, I waited around for 5 minutes until someone finally noticed I was there. I let them know that I needed a tulip bouquet, the lady said she needed to go check if they had any. She walked extremely slow to the back and checked. She came back and said she had purple, white, and yellow tulips. So I asked for the purple flowers, it was perfect because that's his favorite color as well. I asked for purple and white.so she said if I was looking for about a 70 dollar bouquet and I said maybe a little less, and she said okay. So she said it would be about 10 minutes. So I sat down and waited. I waited for a long time until another lady walked by and asked if i was waiting for a bouqet and i said yes and she said oh i think its right here. And it was just sitting in the counter. Who knows how long it was there for, and nobody decided to let me know. So I saw it was not purple tulips, or white either it was all just yellow. She said they didn't end up having purple flowers after all. And not only that, it was only FOUR tulips. And then a bunch of other cheap flowers and LOTS of leaves. HOW are you gonna charge so much for flowers then not even give me what I wanted, not even apologize. Whatever. I was still gonna take em, but I asked if I could have a fake $2 purple tulip for the inconvience. This money hungry stingy b*tch said she could give it to me only if I paid for it, OR she could remove one of the real tulips for it. I was so astonished already at the price of the flowers, how little and cheap the flowers were, how small the bouqet was, the fact they didn't give me the color they promised and only 4 of the flowers I wanted and then they can't even spare a $2 fake flower for the inconvience. Don't waste your time. I ended up just going to kroger across the street, bought 3 small bouquets of flowers and made my own arangement that was 100x times better than anything they had here. If i can, ima include a picture similar to what they would have given me looked like and the picture is actually A LOT NICER than what they wanted to give me. and what I did with the kroger flowers.
We choose TCU Florist for all of our floral needs and they never disappoint! Today we had a beautiful arrangement delivered to Baylor Downtown to celebrate the arrival of a new baby to the family. The arrangement was gorgeous, the florist beautifully incorporated sunflowers which was part of our request, and they were able to deliver within just a few hours of our order!
I’m a big proponent of cutting out the teleflora middle man and ordering directly from local florists and TCU Florist is a great example of why: I called from out of state with a same-day delivery request, gave them a budget and some parameters and asked them to do their thing— and the result was GORGEOUS. And easy, and quick, and the staff member helping me was a delight. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for helping me celebrate my moms birthday from states away!
When I called from AZ to order flowers for my wife’s birthday, the clerk cheerfully provided the help I needed. The flowers were delivered timely and were fresh and beautiful. My wife, visiting my daughter and her newborn in Fort Worth, was delighted to receive the beautiful bouquet. The cookies were a delicious add on. Thank you TCU florist!
Worked with Ms. Judy at this location and she went above and beyond! Her and her team created a beautiful rose spray arrangement! Beautiful and fresh roses with amazing customer service and visions for what my husband and I had in mind. They over delivered and it couldn't have been more beautiful! I definitely recommend TCU Florists for all of your flower arrangement needs! I plan on booking them for my company's corporate events and for further personal floral arrangements xoxo 10/10 all the way! Thank y'all!!!
Such a friendly and willing to help staff. It matters not who is you talk with they all know this business so very well. Each time I select an arrangement, I ask the staff member about it regarding freshness, delivery time. They are cost competitive. Great florist!!
