Great service, selection - staff are helpful too. Parking is great.  They are in a big temporary location for about a year while thier new building gets built (in original location).  Have some cool ebikes (a Specialized dealer) and pretty deep parts selection.

Over the past 5 years I have purchased a road bike and a mountain bike from this store.  Great service and support on both bikes.  Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good selection and fair pricing - what more could you ask for?!

I have been paying visits to the Bicycle Center for years; since I was a kid, actually. They've been in their current location since 1986, round about the time I recall going there for the first time. 

In the last few years, I have gone in for many reasons. I have test rode a bike and though I ended up not buying that bike, and I have bought plenty of other goods, namely saddles and tires. I've had them true wheels and generally do work that I can do, but often don't want to do (for lack of time, desire, or otherwise). At no time during those visits did I ever feel rushed or pressured. Furthermore, Chad is on of the few people I've encountered in local shops that can actually advise me on things I can't just learn on my own via the web; he's been at it for a while.

These experiences have lead me to refer many of my friends to the shop to purchase their own bikes and accessories. After a very positive experience recently, helping my girlfriend upgrade her road bike, I thought to myself, "I've found my shop" and indeed I have; good advice, great service and customer service, and helpful staff...it's hard to go wrong with the Bicycle Center.

The staff are amazingly helpful and walked me through what bike would best suit my needs (as a very overweight woman who hasn't been on a bike in 30 years, their help was invaluable). I never felt judged about my lack of knowledge or anything else. They helped me get the right bike AND they delivered it to my house since it didn't fit into my car. I love this place!

These guys are fantastic.  Always very helpful and honor their commitment to standing behind their service and products.  Would certainly purchase from Bicycle Center again.
