Rarely do I rate a place I do business with however in this case I must. I was so impressed from the minute I walked in until I left. Everyone was so friendly and genuine. Mike helped me pick out boots and skis so I'll be set for next season. He and Smitty took such good care of me and I was very happy with the price. I was not pushed to buy something that wasn't right for me.Great experience! I'll go back there again.

Amazing experience Mike, Smitty and the rest of the workers are AWESOME. They shows me some good deals for my wife's bike setup, super nice and genuine. And went above and beyond. Lifelong customer here!

Sports Den is great! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. My family and I rent our skis from them every time and they are quick and precise.

I called Sports Den and a few other shops (included one well-known national retailer) to inquire about season rentals for my toddler. The over-the-phone customer service at Sports Den was by far the best! So I chose them, and I wasn't disappointed when I went in to the shop either. The worker who helped me with rentals was great with my boy, and the shop tech who helped me with skis was knowledgeable and had a great turn-around-time.

The Sports Den is my favorite ski shop in the valley! I've been purchasing all my ski gear (new and used) there since I was a kid. I look forward to the Labor Day Sale and Ski Swap every year for amazing deals. The staff is great too. We love taking our skis in to get tuned each season and it's always a quick return and they do a great job. The staff in the ski department really know what they are talking about, and have helped tremendously with fitting skis, boots, and helmets. We are long-term customers!
