I have now bought two bikes from this place and worked with all but one of their main shop's employees. They're all really knowledgeable, patient, and were able to translate my "when I ski I like this about my gear, and when I road bike I do this, so what will that mean in a mountain bike?" and happily answered all my constant questioning about the differences between miniscule parts of the bikes. The reward points you get back on all your purchases are great and actually useful, (IMO they're even better than REI's reward program) and the prices on the bikes are really low for the quality of the components you get. They really worked to find a bike that was best for me in my price range, whereas I had basically been turned away at other shops because my price range was too low. I've ridden my bike for a season and still love it. My only issue is their website SUCKS, and their online inventory checker isn't always correct. But, that's their national organization's issue and something even their employees complained about. I realize it's not something they can do much about at this particular store, but they do their best with what they have.

I have never written a review before but I will for this bike shop. While the shop might not run as smoothly as it could, every staff member that worked with us genuinely tried to help us get what we were looking for.  But by far I just received great customer service. I am headed on a trip tomorrow and was hoping to take the bike with me. Only problem is my bike got into the shop today, in pieces. The normal build time after delivery is a day. I called to see if there was anyway possible for them to put it together. Will, (didn't catch his last name), went checked saw that bike was there and while he could have very easily just said, "I'm sorry it will be ready late tomorrow," after I would have already left. From the tone in his voice it was not going to be something easy, but he agreed to do it. Want to say thank you Will, Great job. 

UPDATE 7/22/2018 Ok so it got even better. Turns out my wife's bike was also in. You can imagine that of course i want her bike built as well. Brand new bikes going on a trip and she is going to have to use the junker while i have mine. When asked, Will simple said, "Got to have your bikes for a trip." He stayed late just to finish building another bike. Thank you Will! Great service!

I mainly shop for the part or product that I want or need. I was able to find the common repair items I was looking for (replacement tires and other little parts). Good selection overall compared to some other bike repair shops in the area. Zero harassment or up selling. I will come back.
