This is hands down the best bicycle store in the area. The store itself is really nice and it’s big enough that they can keep a lot of bikes and accessories in stock on the floor. The sales people are always really helpful and friendly when I’m there and help me find what I’m looking for and the service department has done a great job servicing my bikes and the wait to get it back is much shorter than other stores. I wouldn’t take my bikes anywhere else. These guys are the best!

The business is very small shop and have very shady employees.  I when this location yesterday to ask question about Road Bike that I want to purchase. Some guy name John was very nice employees and help out all my question but his employees was very shady because I was wearing a black jacket.  The employee was acting cleaning the flood and organized their accessories while I was talking to John. It took fours employees to realize I was a regular costumer asking basic questions about Road Bike;However,  one of the Male employees follow me around  Throughout the store until I left the property.  I dont recommend coming here to this location what I have experienced as a first time. 😑

Can't say enough about this shop.  Took my bike in for service before a couple of big races and they did a superb job.  When issues arose with my bike's functionality, the team was right on it and went far beyond the call of duty on this one.  Made a lifetime customer for sure!

Wonderful folks and great service!  I went in to have my brake problem fixed and they were able to fix it while I waited at a very reasonable rate. I will definitely be back:)

Under New Management! I am an avid Mountain biker who has been in search of a quality shop to handle the servicing of my high end mountain bikes and components. I have been to some big name stores as well as small ones in and around where I live. I have found there are not many bike shops that can handle working on my bike to the level of excellence that I expect. That is until meeting Tim (acting Manager) and his team at Bicycle World. I can't say enough about Tim's professionalism and timely service of my bikes. I do prefer to for the most part handle all my servicing personally but when work won't allow I will only take my bikes to Tim. Thanks guys for all that you do. 

I would highly recommend this location if your looking to purchase a new bike or are needing your current bike serviced.
