Came in the shop as a newbie cyclist and was immediately helped with any and all questions I had getting into this sport. Shout out to Michael. The best customer service and didn't try and persuade me to go with the most expensive gear in the shop but instead me understanding that getting into something new you don't want to go all out but instead ease into it. Highly recommend Sun & Ski Woodlands!

Both Joe and Jeff in the bike department were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me, as I'm new to cycling. I bought a really nice hybrid style bike and I love it. They make sure to take good care of you there. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for bicycles, maintenance services or nice outdoor apparel.

Searched for a new mountain bike for the past year.  I came in frequently to Sun and Ski to test ride mountain bikes. This store has a great selection of bikes, particularly their Santa Cruz and Orbea line. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Orbea Alma 29", which was exactly what I was looking for.  Michael was great to talk to and he always gives good info on bikes and equipment. Highly recommend this place!

Just bought two bikes from this location and very pleased with our customer service we received and of course our new bikes. Michael who helped us out went above and beyond to get us the bike we really wanted and is very knowledgeable about all bikes and doing service on the bikes there! We will be back there and will spread the word on this store location. After visiting a few bike stores this is our favorite and very thankful for horoning law enforcement and military discount!

I went into Sun & Ski looking at mountain bikes and Michael Wyatt helped me in every way possible. He explained all the bikes/products well. I ended up purchasing a Santa Cruz 5010 that Michael recommended.

One of the best expierences I’ve ever had in a store. Definitely will be back again!
