I've been riding bikes since I was a kid..Raced down hill in California and BMX when I was younger. I know alot about bike components etc..Its hard to find a shop that knows what there doing. I live in Colorado and was curious about the knowledge these guys had so I called and spoke to The bike Mechanic Rob.. spent at least 10 to 15 minutes talking to me and helping suggest bike components for my Intense Recluse. I saw a review about the owner not wanting to take the time and I find that hard to believe. Ill be bringing my bike to these guys from here on out once I get to the Woodlands. Also sometimes its better to let the mechanic or owner tell you what you need vs what you want.  Rob Thanks for you time today.. Cant wait to meet you guys

I went into the store this afternoon ready to purchase a bike. I'm a larger guy so I already know that my options are limited. A gentleman came out to help me and then he went to go see Ken for some advice.  Ken seemed really annoyed and not interested in helping me.  All he said was get a bike that's at least $600 and keep the air pressure up every week.  He then walked away. I saw a bike that I really liked but decided against buying it because of the way Ken seemed like he didn't want to be bothered.   Spending $600 is a big deal to me and I'll gladly spend it where a business is willing to help me every step of the way.

last sunday april 29 th I called Ken at bike lane @ 4:00 pm and told him I needed my gears on my Raleigh bike adjusted . I arrived at 4:20 and my  bike was fixed by 4:30 !! Awesome Ken !! , Great to see you guys again !

As another reviewer stated, the other bike shop by Party City said my Cannondale's shock wasn't even worth repairing and that I should just buy a new bike from them. I took it to Ken and he had it repaired in half the time and price for what he originally thought it might take. I also went ahead and bought two new bikes for my wife and son for Christmas and the prices seemed very reasonable.
