I had a great experience at this bike shop. The owner helped me find the bike that I wanted and went out his way to find the right size for me. He was able to inform me on what would be best without trying to sell me. If you want a great experience from a very friendly staff and get the right advice from experienced riders visit this shop.He has the coolest dog too!

John and his staff are awesome. With three kids, we've had our share of bikes. We always walk away knowing that we got a great bike at a great price. AND knowing that when anything goes wrong or needs tweaking, they'll do it right. Not much else you can ask.

The owner has been incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and non-pressure in a second bike purchase decision, the manager informed and patient as I asked an excruciating number of questions in multiple visits.  The head mechanic dropped everything to help me out of a pinch once with a disc brake.  What more can you say?  As a result, Bicycles Etc. is where I to do business; this business has my unqualified loyalty.

Best bike shop in town by far. They aren't pushy and are very very helpful and knowledgeable. Brooke has worked on my bikes and does such a good job!  Recommend this place for beginners, experienced rider, and those in need of repairs.

The owner was very rude the entire time I was there when I asked if he knew anything about bike speedometers he replied "I've been working on them since before you were born" so he said the wire on mine had gone bad and I would have to buy a new one. So I tried something he didn't even try to do, change the $2 battery and it now works great, he was trying to sell me a lower end computer for over $275. And when I bought a tube for my tire they insisted they install it for "safety" I always install my tubes myself with no issue, they charged me $15 labor to put in the tube and the guy didn't remove the thorns in my tire and I had a flat tire within 15 minutes of leaving and they wouldn't replace it, this place is a ripoff to the cycling community STAY AWAY!
