The customer service is horrible. We have received no confirmation, receipts of any sort. I basically have to do their job and follow up. When I originally spoke to a woman she said they call 15 days before our stay to pay for the rest. No one called. So I called. And when a woman answered she said she was going to charge the card on file that she doesn't know what happen. I let her know that's not the card we want to use. We want to pay with something else. She basically told me too bad I have to charge this card. I said my bf gets home from work in a few hours. I'll call with another card. She said if she doesn't hear from me by the afternoon she will call me. NEVER happened and she charged my card anyways!!! They are so rude, disorganized! A monkey can run this place better than them! They should be embarrassed of how poor their work ethics are! I am now terrified to see what's in the house after reading the infestations they have.!

My family stayed in one of the cabins for three night's. An although the cabin was aesthetically pleasing. Half of the "amenities" didn't even work. Refrigerator didn't get cold, bath tubs leaked, karaoke machine did not work either, ants everywhere when we got to the cabin. We reported to Big Bear Getaway. The response completely unbelievable," these thing sometimes happen because they are rented out cabin's".  I have NEVER had the problem at any of the cabins I have ever rented in Big Bear Before until I rented from Big Bear Getaway. The girl in the office not helpful at all since she is the one who gave the response. I will definitely be back to Big Bear,but not with Big Bear Rental.

The cabin we stayed #42, had a dead rat, active mouse traps and the kids found a pair of panties from a previous guest underneath their bed. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin. The city and lake are beautiful, next time will just stay somewhere else.

My family and I stayed at the Bearly Inn Cabin. The cabin was beyond great! It met all of our expectation a and more. There were so many small touches throughout the house, this kitchen was fully stocked including spices, condiments in the refrigerator, more than enough kitchen supplies. The bathrooms had plush towels, full sized toiletries, there were plenty of game boards, firewood, BBQ accessories, all the mattresses were comfy, plenty of extra CLEAN bedding, air mattresses and good supply of extra paper goods. The owners and PM company really do their best to ensure the guest are to taken care of and feel welcomed. The reservation process was easy and staff was friendly. We had an electrical issue and they send someone over in 15 minutes on a Sunday morning.  The only negative was the parking. 3 cars barley fit in the driveway and it is very inclined. So it's hard on smaller cars but there is additional parking in the alley. Other than that, this cabin is a great choice for a family, it offers something for everyone with plenty of room.
