I had never been in this pawn shop b4 today but it is one that I will come back too. The prices on their items especially the guns are good I thought. Kudos Big Buck!

These guys are great...if I have to go to a pawn shop ..its this place I go to. Good items on shelves...not just junk like some places.

I just left this pawn shop. 
When I walked in two men were just inside the entrance. One was a customer the other was an employee. The customer asked if there was a different manager there so I assume the employee was a manager. 
I went in to see if there was anything I could use and to make a purchase. 
While looking at items I could not help but listen to the conversation. The customer bought an air compressor that was faulty. It had a leak and the regulator was locked at 140psi. 
When the customer told the employee these issues his reply was "you tested it before you bought it, didn't you notice the leak?" To which the customer tried to explain to him that no he didn't. The employee then told him he would buy the air compressor back from the customer for $40 less than the customer paid for it. 
I couldn't keep my mouth shot any longer. The disrespect the manager was showing the customer and the fact that he was trying to steal from him. 
I turned and said to the manager that he didn't need to be a dick to the guy, and if they don't stand behind the items they sell them they need to have a sign posted saying so. 
The manager looked at me (a young kid barely out of collage) and told me we could both take the compressor and leave. I told him I wasn't with the customer I was in there to make a purchase myself but after hearing him treat this guy like he was and knowing they don't care about the customer just the money I was seriously reconsidering my decision to go there. To which he "There's the door." So I used it. 
Here I was going out of my way to go to a Mom and Pop pawn shop to spend my money and I get greeted by this green wet behind the ears kid who didn't want to loose his commission on a sale. He lost a hell of a lot more then a mere $40. Last year I spend around $1000 on tools and other items... never again.

This shop has always been good to me, they have always given me a reasonable offer (considering it's a pawn shop) for all my stuff I pawn or sell and offer products that are usually a good deal.  Sometimes I have found hidden hems in this place.  They have always honored thief agreements and have never had trouble with any of my belongings in pawn.
