Friendly staff, but had no knowledge of what they were selling other than how to work the cash register. I decided not to purchase here. Their inventory was either really expensive or cheap. There were no Natural gems and I actually educated the staff on cut and clarity of their diamonds. Kay Jewelers, I’m sad to say I am disappointed. I used to do a lot of business with you. I now do my business across the hall at Zales.

I was extremely disappointed with this place. My fiance spent almost $3,000 on an engagement ring, and received 'Love note rewards' with it. We decided to use the rewards on the purchase of his wedding band at a later date. A little more than a month after the purchase of my engagement ring, I went in to purchase his band. I was informed that the 'Love note rewards' coupon had expired the day before and they would not redeem the coupon. I informed the woman that he'd recently made a large purchase there, but she would not budge. I tried to call the number listed for this location to speak to the woman from whom he'd purchased my ring (Donna), but no one answered the phone. I attempted to call three separate times. Not only will I buy his band from a different jeweler, but I am strongly considering returning my engagement ring and buying one from another jeweler as well. I was very unimpressed and will under no circumstances ever do business with Kay Jewelers again.

Although I love my ring, we had to take it to the store and have them send it back because the rose gold was not melted in to the ring like the other side. It would cut me. Promise date was January 16th.  I called and they said they have not got it back. I got a call on the 18tj and he said they got it back but it didn't pass the quality certification so he had to send it back. I sent it out on the 2nd. And I'm finally getting it tomorrow which is the 23rd. If I get it back it better be perfect or I will get the money back..

Awful. The chain for my necklace has broke THREE TIMES now due to cheap items they use, and the chain on my bracelet just now broke also... will not be going back
