I have been to all the Big Clean laundromats in town (Parmer, Round Rock) and have had a pleasant experience in those places until today. Today was completely different. I had a small issue I needed to address with the manager, Eliza and I was appalled by her response and demeanor regarding my issue. My issue is I walked outside to retrieve some hangers, upon returning, the cart I was using and some of my clothes in the cart went missing. I brought it to her attention and she told me that I didn't own the cart and could use another one if it became available. I can deal with the loss of a few items but her attitude towards me was extremely unprofessional. After I tried to explain to her again, she threatened me by stating she would call the police on me if I did not stop trying to talk to her. I was shocked by her way of resolving this. My question is this, did my appearance have anything to do with the way Eliza responded dismissively to me ( I am Hispanic, dark complexion and I do still love my Army tattoos)? Why else would she threaten to call the police on me when I never threatened her, used foul language or made an attempt to assault her? I have worked customer service, am college educated and am well versed in conflict resolution. I hope Eliza reads this and rethinks her tactics next time a customer voices a complaint.

This place is the best! Clean, friendly employees and customers. There’s free WiFi and clean bathrooms. They really do mean the big “CLEAN.” They are constantly cleaning! Love doing my laundry here. The dryers are so fast, too! Antonia helped me with my laundry after a surgery and was so friendly, kind and efficient!

It's great, nice, large, and clean. Anthonia, a staff member who works at this location, is very nice and helpful. The only con is that I had no idea the pricing on the washing machines depends on the settings. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

THIS IS MY VERY FIRST TIME HERE AT "THE BIG CLEAN LAUNDROMAT AT MLK" AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE NAME DEFINITELY AND ACCURATELY DESCRIBES THIS EXPERIENCE.  THIS IS THE MOST CLEANEST, FRESHEST, GOOD SMELLING,COMFORTABLE (PLUS SOME) LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND I MUST SAY, IT IS QUITE.THE EXPERIENCE!!! THESE YOUNG LADIES , ELIZA THE MANAGER, AND ALEXANDRA THE ASSISTANT, BOTH HAVE ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT, FRIENDLIEST, MOST AWESOME,, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS , I'V COME ACROSS. PHILLIP AND NIKKI, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR. HIRING THESE YOUNG LADIES!!!!  EVEN THE RESTROOMS ARE GOOD SMELLING AND SANITIZED ALSO SPOTLESS!!! I DON'T EVEN RECALL A TIME WHEN I DIDN'T HAVE TO GAG, NEARLY THROWING UP FROM THE FOWL ODOR OF THE RESTROOM IN A LAUNDROMAT!!  THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SO PLEASANT THAT I WOULD DRIVE FROM MY AREA IN SOUTH AUSTIN..NEAR BEN WHITE, ALL THE WAY OVER HERE TO SPRINGDALE AND MLK EVERY TIME !!!       THANK YOU
