If you live in Chestnut, Holy Cross, or Blackland.... this is the cleaners that you MUST go to. They are extremely accurate with all of my dry clean needs. An amazing drop off service!!!! And the run specials on Tuesday and Thursday's. You gotta check out Home Steam. #quality

I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I have never had a problem with service. Today I went to go pick up my husband's clothes and was told " Return tomorrow, your clothes aren't ready."  When I asked why, the guy who was helping me out took a couple of seconds to respond. He said " we didn't have enough people to wash, so come back tomorrow." gee it would have been nice if I would have gotten a courtesy call before going out that way. He did't even say sorry. He didn't even care. We were supposed to leave out of town today and now, since all my husband's dress clothes are there, we are not going until tomorrow. Thanks, now I have a pissed off husband.

Had this location hem up a pair of jeans. When the jeans were returned, they were a full 2 inches longer than where they were pinned - still extremely baggy at the bottom. Employees claimed the fault lied with where I pinned the jeans. No- had the GF pin while I was standing. Rather than fix the problem and gain a repeat customer, they argued it was my fault and wanted to charge me again. Complete waste of $12. Don't go here.
