Good raw materials, well roasted and great coffee bean selection.  The shots were a little thin, bitter and rushed. They really need to dial in their grind a bit more.  Milks were steamed well and beverages were well crafted with the exception of the shot quality mentioned above.  Have gone here several times and they are consistent. Once they get their grind dialed in, the quality should be better. They have world class coffee and world class equipment so they have to tools.  Will visit here again.

Bright and spacious inside seating. Friendly staff. Clean restroom. The almond latte was delicious!  Vegetarian options: They served Avocado Toast, croissants and muffins.

Beautiful inside and out! Delicious coffee, tea too. Scrumptious eats. Specifically the turkey pesto wrap or Waffle for me! Wonderful staff. Inviting atmosphere. Aces in my book! A local gem to visit again and again!

Honestly haven’t had a bad cup of coffee or tea since going here. Ordered the Lavender Cold brew and it’s the perfect balance of rich coffee and floral lavender. The pump’kin chai with oat milk for me is delicious and it doesn’t taste like artificial pumpkin / gross sweetener. I’ll go out of my way to come here because I know the quality is good, the customer service is there for you, and the community cherishes this place. It’s a 10/10

Big House has high quality beans enabling a ton of potential but their brewing lacks consistency and follow through. Their beans should be ground and enjoyed at home.  Big House as a coffee shop is better than Starbucks, but has a lot of room to grow. They prepull their espresso, allowing it to get cold before making a milk drink. They do not dial in consistently, so their espresso is hit and miss, and their lattes have variable foam landing somewhere between a separated layer and cappuccino. Everyone has an off day, so I gave them 3 separate visits over 6 months, unfortunately each time the quality missed the mark promised by their branding.  Big House purports itself as a 3rd wave coffee shop but bundles high quality beans into a mom and pop Midwest coffee.

Hannah and Micaela are awesome. I had a wonderful experience here talking about coffee and equipment with them, and wow the espresso here is great. I don't usually love blends for espresso, but wow. Come and get it!

Delicious lattes, healthy food options and top of it very friendly staff! Have been going there for a while and they always remember your order! Enjoy drinking in real cup!

An indie coffee shop with ambiance is just what this area needs. There's a kid friendly area, plenty of electrical outlets and food options. All good things a coffee shop should have in addition to great coffee. Love my dirty chai spicy and this place did not disappoint. Lots of clove and not too sweet. Will definitely come back.

I’m a little disappointed that this coffee shop doesn’t have good old fashioned coffee mugs. I ordered a 16oz latte and originally received a to go cup. I would normally be fine with that but today I actually wanted to hang out and enjoy this place. Since they didn’t ask if it was to go I incorrectly assumed they figured I was staying. When I asked for a real coffee mug they explained they don’t have 16oz but could give me a 12oz. Again that was not ideal but okay, I’ll manage. That said I still was expecting an actual mug with a handle. This is what I was given. Now the contents are so hot I can’t touch the glass until it cools down. Was really hoping after all the rave reviews I have heard about this place I would be less disappointed.
