We dropped in an hour before closing, halfway on our road trip from Toronto to Boston.  Can't say enough good things.  Food was fresh, staff were Profesional, courteous and personable, more so because they were cleaning up to close.  Food was solid, tasty, fresh and delicious.  If you're passing by on the way somewhere, pop in, it's right off the highway and easy to get back on again.  You won't be disappointed.

Stayed at Red Roof for a quick overnight during our road trip to ADK. Willie’s was right at the corner. At 7:15am, it was packed but service was quick and efficient. Husband got a breakfast sandwich which he loved I had an egg bagel with cream cheese, also delicious. There are additional locations. Someone called while we were waiting wanting 9 dozen bagels and they were sent to what I’m assuming is the location where the bagels are made. Nice little operation highly recommend!

Willie’s Bagel Cafe is a gem! It is open early, it is along the Empire State Trail and it makes staying at the Red Roof Inn that much more desirable! My Southwestern omelette was fantastic, but sandwiching it in the middle of a jalapeño bagel was just a masterpiece! Quick and enjoyable, this is the proper way to begin a day of cycling!

Such a great spot. At first glance, you wouldn't think much of it but they have some really good food. Friendly staff with good service and the Tuna and provolone bagel that they made for me really hit the spot.Food: 5/5

This place is such a hidden gem. The bagels are so fresh, soft and the right amount of chewy. They're great plain, with cream cheese of which they have a variety of flavors which are also homemade, or with any sandwich combination including breakfast or lunch varieties. Even the next day they were to die for and still super soft. Lots of dif flavor bagels, including a delicious blueberry one and really cute plain unicorn bagels. They also have other offerings, like an amazing looking French toast that I can't wait to try, croissants, pastries, & more. A great place for breakfast, lunch, or in between & a definite must try.

Cute little bagel shop near the canal trail along the marsh. Good selection and enjoyed the bagels, but felt like the service could have been more friendly, and they seem to need a better workflow. Seems very popular with a long line and could be a lot more efficient. Happy to see something like this here though and hope they continue to improve and expand.

When you walk in there’s no space and usually a long line, but to make it longer they answer the phone while ur waiting no call waiting, so you might as well call it in- then my “lightly” toasted bagel was burnt completely on the bottom and was singed n slightly burnt on top, felt like eating a big crouton and not in a fun way. god forbid you wanted to share it with someone because it was cut so unevenly, then the bacon egg and cheese was nasty, this tasteless wet egg on one side all the meats shoved to the other an a bunch of Cheese in the middle, for 12$ and 20 mins I wish I just didn’t get breakfast. Definitely not returning after today worst breakfast and worst everything I’ve had in a minute. McDonald’s would’ve been better at this point  Wheelchair accessibility: It isnt

I don't mind paying extra for the product when I ask for extra. Cost me almost 7 dollars for a bagel not toasted with extra veggie cc, and an extra cup on the side. There was hardly any cc on the bagel. I won't be coming back. Its happening more and more! Just give me what I pay for.  I ain't looking for handouts!Food: 1/5
