Went to store to use their Western Union at Customer Service. The first day we went, we arrived slightly after closing time, which is fine. They informed us that there would be someone who could help us the following morning, so we walked there the following morning and asked to use it, only to find out that the working employee was not trained on how to use the system and that there would in fact not be anyone who could help us until after noon. We came back on a third day and waited in line at customer service again. While waiting in line, they informed us we had to wait and pulled customers from line behind us to help them instead. After this, they pulled another customer from a separate line because they were in the wrong line and also helped THEM in front of us as well. After waiting for two different customers who were behind us in line to be helped before us, they finally got to us and then informed us that their Western Union was broken and they couldn't help us after we waited for nearly 15 minutes in line for them to help people who came in after us. Will not ever be shopping at this store again after the terrible customer service repeatedly given to us between them not knowing their job functions and then helping other customers before us.

Calling KMart on the phone and being put on hold for several minutes with no one picking up, I tried again and "Rose" picked up and promptly hung up on me whereupon I tried to have her paged again and again no answer as a result of a page...This occurred on 30 November 2008 at 10:20 a.m. The point is that while KMart is attempting to show a new face, it remains a third rate discount operation regardless of Martha Stewart or whomever else it attempts to have help burnish its tarnished image.

Just a bad place. and one of the employees smells pretty bad

I like it because its OPEN unlike the Kmart in my hometown. (still open at the end of 2013)

Dark parking lot..and can't find a freaking employee that can help you
