The younger adults at the store were amazing. Very helpful, upbeat and friendly. They had to get help from a older lady with long gray hair, I am going to assume she was a manager of some kind. This lady obviously disliked her job. She is unbelievably rude. While staring at me like I was crazy and telling me that I did not have an account because if I did they would have done this.. Yes I have a lease account!!! Then as she was walking away with disgust all over her face, she turned and mouthed something at a worker.I have never seen such hateful behavior. I work in customer service and know that there are some days that you just don’t have it but, to stand there in front of others and argue with a potential buyer is horrific. It sucks when one bad apple ruins the others. Do not plan on going back. Will travel to the other store in a near by city.

It's a great place to get all the domestics you need to live a decent life. The prices are very competitive, but the selection is nowhere near as fun as it used to be. The furniture deals however, are extremely competitive for name brand furniture if you can arrange your own pickup and delivery.

They have a little bit of everything at sometimes good prices and sometimes not you just have to look and shop and be aware of the prices around you at other locations. Lots of toys for young children one of the reasons we come here. We always stop at Big Lots when we are near one

I found swimming pools at good price. All the other stores had little ones.

Great value and although the staff didn't help us load up the furniture we bought, they did roll the dolly out to the truck.
