12-27-2017.   First of all there were no flat carts inside.  All outside in cart holder on parking lot..went back outside to get one. Told employee they might need to get carts in. Immediately went and got them.  Loaded cart with 4 bags of cubes,  bag of mineral and salt block.  Expecting after checkout to be asked by cashier if I needed help loading feed, nothing said about helping.  She was cordial and said thank you and have a happy new year.  I'm a 66 year old woman and you would think that I would not have to ask for help!!  But I guess customer service doesn't matter anymore!!!   Yes, I will go back in there, but in hopes that the manager will see this and bring it to his or her employees to be a little more customer oriented!!!!!
