Went in to purchase a I- phone watch. They young lady was prompt to greet us as we walked into the store. It went South after that. She acted like we were bothering her add made use feel we weren't very important. Took her awhile to get info about the watch. Told us no watches around in stores. We walked out and went to the Burleson store. They had several choices to choose from. Burleson representative did a great job.

I got fast service, and basically just needed one question answered. Would have been better if I didn't have to listen to a 10 minute sales pitch to get me to switch my cable to dish. I appreciate saving money, but I really just didn't have time.

My husband doesn't get any service at his job. All his coworkers can play games and get on facebook but he can't. Called bout my service and my bill they keep on being rude with me. So now I'm rude back to them. Went into the store and waited over an hour and then the girl helping me was in a hurry to get me out of there. I hate this company. Considering on going to boost mobile. Cheaper and better service

Use to be my go to store but the new round of people working here kinda puts this place last on where to go tip
