Dan S. took great care of us during a recent visit. We had a flat tire in the RMNP in a rental car and arrived riding on the donut. Unfortunately, the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced. Dan was very patient, explained all of our options, and offered to talk with the rental car folks if needed. Service was so speedy, he had the tire replaced while we were still talking to to the rental car company on the phone! I highly recommend Big O Tires and Dan if you have automotive needs in Estes Park, CO.

My Volkswagen Eurovan broke down in Estes a couple weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon.  I tried several service shops and either they were closed or too busy to help me out.  Big O answered the call and immediately went to work searching for the parts I needed.  The staff was AMAZING - thanks Cris and Tim!!! The parts came in Monday morning and were picked up by an employee in Ft Collins.  We were out and on our way back to Kansas City by Monday afternoon.  Engine fixed, oil changed and tires rotated!! A HUGE thanks to all the guys who helped get me back on the road.  Best service ever!!!

I made an appointment to repair a leaking tire, which I had purchased six months previously. I thought it might not have been installed correctly, but it turned out to be a nail. It was repaired at no charge. I was treated very courteously and professionally. I asked whether I needed an oil change, since I was under the mileage for synthetic oil but above the six month time interval. They surprised me by not only looking at the oil but presenting me with a professional-looking folio that showed the condition off all the fluids. I was impressed and showed it to my wife when I got home. I have not had this experience at a car dealership, so I was impressed that Big O would do it..

While at our Çabin we developed a tire leak. Service was prompt, professional, friendly and affordable!  Great to know where to go in the event we or our guests have tire issues in the future.

Great same day service. They helped us after we got a flat tire on the way into Estes Park. Reasonable pricing and warranties available. They had us back on the road with two new tires appropriate for winter in under an hour. I recommend this place whether you're a local or a visitor to the area. They do not sell chains or other traction devices, but will refer you to a local business that does. If we ever need tire service on a future trip to the area, Big O Tires will be our first stop.
