Two great experiences with this shop. First I brought a tire that I pulled a screw out of to get patched. They fixed it right away, did a damn fine job, and didn't charge me.

Today I needed an alignment on my truck after modifying the suspension. They got me in quicker that any other place I called and again did an excellent job. I paid about 10 to 15 dollars more than I got quoted at Firestone and Fleet/Farm but I was more than happy to do so. My truck drives straight as ever now. They earned my business the right way: by being friendly, professional, and most importantly doing great work.

Took my wife's car here to patch a flat tire yesterday. The guy helping us found a big screw that was in the tire and said they would patch it up. When we woke up this morning, the tire was COMPLETELY flat. I wish we had never taken it here to begin with. At least with the screw in, the tire could hold some air.  I will never trust this place with any mechanical service in the future.

I was thinking about scheduling brake service for my own car here. After this experience, I will definitely be going elsewhere.

I had a flat tire on my way to work and went to Big O Tires recommended by a co worker of mine. She said verbatim "They will take care of you." And they did a great job taking care of my tire issue. I called that day to see if they could look at my flat tire and Big O said to bring in my car anytime. I brought my car in and within 20 minutes, they patched up my tire and of no charge.  My experience there was wonderful and quick and customer service was quick and friendly.  I highly recommend this place for any tire issues and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I had a nail in my tire and had to use my car for my daughter's end of year field trip. Those guys hopped to it and got my car ready and back on the road in record time. They were super polite even though I was a little panicked because it was 7:45am and I needed to be at the school by 8:30am. Great job guys, definitely coming back when I need new tires!

Ok so first and last time I will be going here. Just brought my car in for simple tire rotation and oil change. They only moved one tire from front to back. I know because the tires were marked with tape.  So I let them know and guy basically calls me a liar after I twice told him both front tires were marked......and did not offer to just move the other tire.  That's all he needed to do but refused. Pretty simple remedy but instead they have lost a customer permanently.  Now I'm wondering if they even changed the oil??  Ridiculous......never again.
