Great place to buy your furniture. Much better experience than buying something online. I like to see and feel the products before investing in them. The prices are surprisingly low and not too different from online vendors. Plus I like to buy local and contribute to local economy than give my money to some random online franchise. The customer service is great. I could talk to someone who gave awesome suggestions about choosing the right colors and layout without exceeding my budget. They also have several financing options available. Overall I enjoyed the process of buying furniture at homemakers.

An amazing place to purchase items for every room of your home, as well as outdoor areas. They offer every taste from modern, contemporary, re-vamped vintage, cottage or just neutral and simple taste. Merchandise ranges are for every price point. They also offer decorations and wall art. Pick-up usually goes very smooth. Their delivery fees are excessive which is my only complaint about the store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is incredibly appealing.

I have always had a great experience with Homemakers. We always go there for all of our furniture needs. I just bought a mattress at their last sale which included 2 pillows a sheet set and free delivery anywhere in the state! They always have a great selection and I also love that their prices fit any budget. The sales people are friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

BUYER BEWARE!! As a newly single mother of three, I needed a new bed, bedside tables, mattress, box spring, and a couch for my new apartment. I picked out a couch and bedroom set with help from a very nice salesman. It was set to be delivered the following Friday. That next Thursday, I received a call asking if they can move the delivery up. The new delivery date was two weeks PAST the date on my paperwork. I said that the couch and bed were supposed to be delivered the following day and was told "well, the truck has already been loaded so that won't be possible." I said the date on the paperwork in my hand says it will be delivered tomorrow. She told me that I was more than welcome to get a truck and come pick it up. I reached out to my salesman who tried everything in his power to fix it, but still couldn't. I called customer service back and asked if I could cancel the order and get my money back. I was told that I could, but it would take 7-10 days to get my money back. So, not only was I without the furniture that was supposed to be delivered the next day, I would also be without money to buy something else! When it finally was delivered, there was a scratch on the couch that I just ignored since I was done dealing with this place. When I called to try to make my payments, the extremely rude customer service person couldn't find my account and never got back to me after multiple attempts to pay over the phone AND on line. My salesman gets 5 stars, but the customer service at this place gets -5. If I could give you a negative rating, I would. DO NOT respond and ask me to give you my whatever and you will have someone contact me. That's a canned response and you never get back to anyone. I wish I could return EVERYTHING I've ever bought from there.

This has been a pleasant experience so far. We have bought many things from homemakers over the years and always enjoyed their furniture. Our sales rep was very patient and very helpful in helping us to find what we needed. The young man that delivered the furniture was very pleasant. As far as I can see the furniture is in perfect condition so we are very happy
