They were all nice and friendly until I couldn't back out.  Told us we would be done in an hour.  Walked up the street and wandered around and returned in an hour.  Tires are done, but alignment still isn't done.  How long will that take -- 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.  Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes.  How long now?  You're next up just as soon as we get the Mercedes ahead of you off the alignment rack .  How long?  Can't say.  In a very snotty tone of voice we were told we could leave but then would just have to bring it back.  I noted that I could bring it somewhere else.  Then they really got snotty.  Shoved a bunch pf paperwork in my face to sign.  When I picked it up to read it he took it out of my hands to point out where I should sign.  I told him that if he wanted me to sign it, I was going to read it (weird, I know).  After that everything he said was just rude.  I told him I would be writing a bad review and he was shocked.  Said he was sorry the manager had given me inaccurate information, again with a very snotty tone.  I think they knew all along that they couldn't get my job done in an hour (in which case I wouldn't have stayed as I didn't have a morning to give) but knew that once they were in the process I had little choice.  Will never use them again.

Wife bought brand new tires from this location. Ended up with a nail in her tire and went to have it replaced under warranty. No warranty apparently, so they charged her full price. Unforseen check went through, so she couldn't afford the tire. THEY WERE GOING TO PUT THE DAMAGED TIRE BACK ON AND LET HER DRIVE AWAY. That's a massive safety issue. This is not the way you take care of a returning customer who spent full price on brand new tires. Don't go to big o tires. They don't care about safety, and aren't doing any favors for returning customers. Unless I receive an explanation as to why they would let her drive away on a damaged tire, go to Tire Pros in Folsom. They wouldn't let that happen.

Came in for a fix a flat. Service writer went out with me and looked at the tire in my trunk with a nail in it. 45 min later was told they were done but my spare was still on the car. They forgot they were supposed to FIX MY FLAT! They didn't do anything but check my tires for air. And even though I bought the tires from big o they don't do free repairs unless I brought my receipt. Even though the tires are on record with them. This place is a joke, waste of time, and they try to rip you off.

Took truck in tire rotation. While driving home my system said they didn't adjust the tire pressure. Had too drive all the way back to get it done. Without the notification the tire pressure would have been 20 pounds of info each tire. Not good.
