I was stranded in Jeffersonville with a very low tire. Danny got my car right in, an hour before closing time. He offered me repair options and helped to get me back on the road in the most economical way he could. It was a fantastic experience!

I called and talked with Danny Dooley and told him that I had a slow leak in a tire and wondered if he could repair it with a patch from the inside since the plug I put in it hadn't fixed it. He said he'd be happy to see if it could be repaired with a patch safely and if not he'd help me out with a good replacement used tire. I dropped the car off and while working on the one tire he did a quick inspection of the other three and found a major issue with one of my front tires which also needed to be replaced. He ended up replacing both tires with good quality used tires and cut me a real deal on the second one since he knew I was really hoping for just a cheap repair in the first place. The total time he had my car was only about an hour or so which I thought was pretty quick. The store was very clean and all the employees I interacted with were very friendly, especially Danny! Several years ago I had a pretty bad experience with a Big O Tires at another location so I was very hesitant to try a Big O again but I'm very glad I did and I will be back!

I have been going to Big O for at least 25 yrs. I don't feel pressured to purchase anything. I feel like they are honest with me and not trying to constantly upsell. Normally in and out quickly. Always pleasant. New location is great.

Friendly staff. I've been there twice now, and they have treated me honestly and fairly. My tire was able to be fixed, so they fixed it rather than trying to upsell me. I appreciate that, and i will be back because of it.

Good service. Arrive early cause the service bays fill quickly or set an appointment...prices are reasonable. At this location they explain what service your vehicle needs and they present other options. They dont try to pressure you..
