Always fast and courteous. This is the only place I will go to get tire work done. Even when I didn't have an appointment Jessie made sure he worked me in so I didn't have to go around with a nail in my tire. That is how you do business. Thank you Jessie.

The only place I know of that won't bs you. And help you out just as much as they can. One hell of a crew I think this is gonna be my new repair shop from now on

The service is fast and friendly. The technicians and sales staff make sure to explain exactly what you need and why. They don't do anything without asking for approval and offer free services like battery and tire pressure checks.

For starters, my wife and I WERE regular customers at this Michel Tires Plus. Unfortunately due to our most recent experience we will be looking for another place. My wife attempted to get an ESTIMATE for repairs/maintenance to her car. She received a quote from an Acura dealership and we wanted to compare prices. She attempted to call on 3/31 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Max. She relayed the conversation as being tough to understand because he mumbled and unhelpful. So I called back to try to get clarification. I also spoke to Max who informed me he was the assistant manager at this location. I tried to get an understanding as to why he could not provide information to her questions. Max told me they needed her to bring the car in because they needed the VIN and other information (he never specified as to what this was). I was confused as to why she couldn't simply provide that information over the phone. Ultimately, he was not going to provide any answers to our questions and I informed him I was happy to take my business elsewhere. He certainly didn't seem to mind and neither do I.
