Big O in North Ogden is great! They work on my Aunts Acura and they do a great job on her car. I drove there because my car has a check engine light on and they made the fastest appointment for me to get it in. They are open to what you have to say and they listen to every detail. They are understanding and the employees present themselves in a very professional manner, they care about my car just as much as I do and that's a great quality they have. I am no longer taking my car anywhere else, even for a simple tire service. Overall they have great staff, and the service is top value, I recommend this place to everyone.

I bought my tires at this store.  When they started to leak air I took off work and went in 3 times.  I was turned away,  treated rudely and told they didn't need me they have plenty of customers.   Once they get your money they don't care to give good customer service.   I won't go back there.   Second street is not that far away.

Each time we come here they do a fantastic job.  Very friendly and helpful at the counter.  We dropped off our van for tires, brakes, routers, etc and they called a couple hours later to tell us that we didn't need brakes or routers.  I appreciate the honesty!  This is our new place for tires and service.

Their tire jockies don't know how to properly torque lug nuts. I shouldn't have to stand on a breaker bar to get my lug nuts loose.

Fixed the problem with my wheel bearing. However the mechanic lied straight to my face about my TPMS sensor being broken and that it had to be fixed. Trying to make me pay for services that I didn't even need. Saying that he had to break the sensor and that if he does it would be my fault and I would have to buy another one from them to fix the first problem. I know what a real sensor looks like now, and the fact you tried to con me out for more money makes it obvious what big O as a business is all about. Looks elsewhere people! They are insisting repairs and maintenance that you don't need or required.
