They couldn’t even manage to change a watch battery saying we don’t have that very common screw driver size... just lame. Please tell me why I should ever buy anything from you if you can’t even manage to change a watch battery.

Friendly service. But if you are planning on dropping your ring off here to get it sized/re-dipped/ect. be sure they write down the exact specs of your ring colors. My ring is a two tone, and they didn't put that it was rose gold AND white gold so my ring came back entirely rose gold. I was really upset that it had to go back down to SLC to get fixed, but they were nice in explaining the process and what would happen to get it fixed.

I purchased an engagement ring from this location, because it fit exactly what my, now, wife and I were looking for. The customer service was good and I felt like I got a good deal on the ring due to sales that were occurring at the time. They even have a 12 month no interest policy which was helpful. I thought everything was great.
However, once I logged into what I reluctantly call a website, I realized why everything sounded so good. The entire credit process is a massive scam. I'm a web developer and the website appears to be assembled by two 10 year old kids just learning html. More important than appearance, the operations within the website are either misleading or just don't work. I simply wanted to setup a monthly payment plan that paid it off in the 12 month no interest time-frame. After 3 times trying, each with at least 20 minutes spent  trying to figure out  the website, I finally realized that you simply can't set up payments for a larger amount than the minimum payment. So if you want to actually utilize the no interest policy you have to make every payment by signing into useless web-thing and wandering around for half an hour until you can figure it out.
The entire process is clearly meant to confuse customers and prevent them from correctly making payments. Very shady and in my opinion completely unethical. I will not be returning to this company or recommending it to anyone.

The location is inside the new Smiths Grocery Store in North Ogden. It seems a little unusual to me to have a jewelry store inside a grocery store.
