The customer service is amazing. They are the best phone store I have ever been in and definitely the best T-Mobile store I have ever been in. And they were so amazing with my daughter and very helpful! If I could give them more stars I definitely would. Absolutely amazing!

The inexperienced staff caused issues for me and my brother-in-law. I was doing a simple line add and number transfer, but the representative ended up breaking both my phone and my brother-in-law's phone. It took a couple of days to get things straightened out, and all the while we were missing all phone calls to our numbers. I ended up calling tmobile to get things fixed. If you need to go to the store, I would recommend going to another location.

This was the best in-store experience I ever had! I usually hate going to the phone store, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with upgrading my families phones.

This crew is very helpful with anything T-Mobile related. I did not have to wait long and will definitely be making this my primary store from now on.

Oh gosh where do i start.... first off the staff might be the hottest group of people i have ever met. My 70 year old mother is still very flirty and the staff handled her well .
