I cannot say enough about Josh, and the staff at Big Red Storage.  My father was going into assisted living and needed a storage unit.  Josh made the process simple and quick.  He answered all of my questions, and even let us use a free truck.  I would whole heartedly recommend this business to anyone.

We needed a storage place that was close to home and had access for a semi truck to get in and out of easily. Josh was very patient and thorough and answered all the questions I had when I called. The storage unit and grounds are very clean and well kept. We highly recommend Big Red Storage!

What a wonderful experience!  Moving across the county is a nightmare in itself, getting to where I was going, and having Josh and the staff at Big Red to make the storage part of it easy and painless was a godsend.  I would recommend them to anyone.  The facilities were top notch, clean and well maintained.  The staff was there to answer any question I had.  Thank you so much for the great service!

I needed a large unit that was very secure.  Josh was super friendly and helpful. After telling him what I was storing he got me exactly what I needed,  wish all my experiences with storage units were as good as this.
