The parking lot is small and awkward for a place that deals with large vehicles. But the customer service was fantastic! The guy was very friendly, and when I mentioned that my baby nephew (who was there with me) loves trucks, he ripped a paper one off a wall to give to him! He mentioned he had 9 kids so he understands. So sweet. In addition, the truck needed an adapter and, instead of us buying one, he said he had a spare lying around his office to let us use. Just an overall wonderful person! Really appreciated it, made my first u-haul experience a positive one. Thanks!

This place deliberately lied to their insurance office because they messed up and damaged my vehicle and refuse to take responsibility for what they did. They were very irresponsible and negligent never use their service

I've worked with the manager in the past who is great, but I can't say the same for the employees. They are always short staffed causing long waits, frustrated customers and employees, and poor customer service. And don't bother to call. No one EVER answers the phone and you will get routed to a corporate UHaul call center where they will "send a message" to the store telling them to call you back, which won't ever happen. I went through that half a dozen times in a 3 week period and would have to drive to the location just to get my questions answered. Then after I returned my rentals early, I had a random $5 charge assessed to my card even though everything was paid for up front. This location used to be a place I would recommend; not any more

I would give this negative stars if I could. The customer service was absolutely horrible and the "owners" (Stock holding employees) are sarcastic pricks that laugh, snort with anger, and act like incompetent children. I went there to return a lock I purchased less then 24 hours prior because I no longer needed the lock. They would no return it because the plastic packaging had a crack in it and told they can not sell damage products, but when I purchased that lock that crack was already there. If you wanted to be treated with any kind of respect do not do business with this location.
