First time storage unit renter and I would rent from Big Red Self Storage again. The process to rent online was super easy. I was able to sign all the paperwork online and didn't even have to make a trip to the actual unit until move in day. When I got there my access code didn't work but someone answered their emergency line right away and gave me a temporary code to get in. I was also able to switch units as the one I originally rented was a little too small! Karla was a great help, very friendly and made the process effortless from beginning to end. The units themselves are very nice. The building is clean and felt secure. If you are looking for a storage unit for any reason. I would definitely suggest Big Red Self Storage.

If you are looking for a great, customer-friendly, and safe storage unit, then look no further! Big Red Self Storage on N 27th is very clean and safe. It is well-lit, and has key-code entry to get inside to the units, in addition to the locks on the unit. Karla, the manager, is extremely personable and helpful. She helped me pick the best storage unit for my needs, answered all of my questions, gave me a tour of the place, and personally showed me to the unit I would be renting. I would definitely rent another unit from here again!

Karla was most helpful as I moved from the current storage to a larger space within Big Red storage. Billing and transfer all went smoothly.
