Finally there is a coffee shop back! Nice people, too. Exiting the parking lot is challenging. Biggest issue is rouge parking tickets even with monthly paid parking.

While I think the parking surface could be improved the race to get out of the parking lot isn't Metra's fault and happens at pretty much ever metra parking lot during rush hours and to be honest not sure why. If you sit in you car for a couple of minutes and then leave it's smooth sailing. Lots of parking and great to be end of line as the train cars are waiting for you - and when the weather is bad that's a good  thing

Big Timber station is a mess.   The platform has been under construction all summer, most days nothing happens at all. Just like the rest of metra, a big retirement plan.
