This place in one word is busy.  However it is laid out pretty well and the parking for only $10 is not a bad deal at all considering it is Chicago after all.  I would give it five stars if not for the staff two times assuming what we needed and attempting to direct us, the wrong way without asking what we needed and where we were going.

Great airport. TSA is usually rude and act like they are above all, but otherwise the remodeling looks good. Parking lot G is listed online for $10/day, however can not find the lot whenever I go there it definitely does not have a sign on the road for it (where it says it is on the website). Non existent lot, probably. They definitely need way more parking spots, the lot was so over booked that people were just parking everywhere.

International arrivals could be improved with better signage, and smiling officials! :) There are very few ships from which I could not get a local SIM card. Instead a got an international sim which had exorbitant  rates. I was better off roaming! The guys at the information desk were extremely kind and helpful! Departure was great, and a breeze. Ample shops to keep you occupied while waiting boarding.

I remain generally impressed with the exceptionally friendly staff at this large airport. We did not encounter a single unprofessional staff member and people went out of their way to help us here.  Getting from one terminal to another is kind of a hassle because you have to drag your luggage up stairs to get to the tram, but it was the only drawback. the food here was wonderful and it was an exceptionally friendly place despite being at a large airport. The views of Chicago coming in were impressive too!

Generally, I have been very pleased with my experience in O’Hare. The airport is clean and well-maintained and a lot of effort has been made to ensure the place looks nice. Bathrooms are actually clean and they keep the various lines moving, especially the TSA lines. Seating and electrical outlets have not been issued to find and use.  Conspicuously absent are the seemingly constant, super annoying announcements and TVs.  As far as airports are concerned, I’ve been impressed with this one.
