-Not as good as the years before, the security is constantly telling people they are too loud (4 people chatting around a fire with no music)     

-one time they even chased my son on their golf cart to tell him it's getting dark no bikes allowed. 

-Poop on the pool- I still feel dirty. 

-High ropes course they have 3 people
sitting under one tree not even watching, last year an older man was following them under neath giving tips he was an amazing teacher.

-Finally millions on tiny biting bugs.. maybe sand fleas? We tried fogging our site with no relief.. we lived with a layer of heavy duty bug spray head to toe.

We have come for 2 years our friends have brought 5 families for 7 years, next year we will all find a new place.

Bring extra cash, it's like the airport. You get one price and when you get there they add all this extra money. Our trip was prepaid and we asked are we done all paid up right?  They Said yes. Til they juiced us for another 120 when we got there.
Food Cashier charged us the wrong price 3 times and we had to show her where she messed up on the receipt. The office also overcharged us on two ice creams. Then said oh sorry.
So check what you're paying over as they make "mistakes" oops...
When I say overcharged I don't mean a few cents, I mean 2 to 6 dollars each time we had to be refunded
Kitchen staff wear gloves however put their hands in the register and then go back to cooking with the same gloves.The last day the cook was scratching his head and butt the whole time while cooking.
We walked out left the campsite and had breakfast off site.
If you are not paying attention, you should.
We were a seasonal for 15years and watched this place go down hill.
Chip would of never ran his place this way.

Oh and did I mention poop in the pool..!!!!!   They did shock it though.  Thanks

Absolutely a perfect place for getaway with or without your children! Outstanding service, and super friendly service. Cabins are A+++ and grounds are about as child friendly as it gets. I booked again for next year upon leaving!  Close to beachs, boardwalk and various other activities.

Had a really terrible experience here. The staff was unbelievably rude and hostile; one of the workers even cursed around my little children. There are so many better campgrounds in the area like Shore Birds, Whippoorwill, or Pine Haven, all of which have friendlier staff/owners.
