From the first minute we got to our rustic cabin. I knew this was not what I had in mind. The reviews are ABSOLUTELY Correct about the Bathrooms! It was the most disgusting campgrounds bathrooms I've ever seen. Most of the time our group left just to go to McDonald's to go to the bathroom. They have a nice sign that tells you when they are cleaning the bathrooms. Not once did I see them clean 3 times a day. I was there for 3 days and only one time the bathrooms were only semi clean. I have been to many many campgrounds. This one was by far the worst. You would think with all the campers they have camping they would definitely want clean bathrooms and a good camper experience. The sites were so close together it was unbelievable. The pool not attended so kids were running a muck. The pool was like warn bath water. Too many people and not enough chlorine to level out all the little kids peeing in the pool. Oh the water slide they show... it is only up for a short window of time. I think it's whenever they feel like it. I really should have heeded the reviews everywhere on this place. Please don't give them your money. You can definitely go somewhere better. Just don't go here!

If i could give this review zero stars i would.This has been the WORST camping trip of my life. I have been here before (about 4 years ago) and we had a great experience, which is why we came back this time. It has been an absolute nightmare since we got here. Let's see where do I start, the weather, which I know the campsite is not at fault for, but it is a factor in this review, the flies and overwhelming piles of trash left at people's sites are absolutely horrendous, the noise in this place is out of control. Between crying babies, all hours of the night and early in the morning (and I have kids of my own and did everything in my power to keep them quiet so that they didn't disturb other people) and that isn't the worst of it. I can deal with the crying children like I said, I had small children once, but the worst is when the large family who booked 5-6 sites and then put 20+ tents on their sites, which I'm sure they ain't allowed to do, but did anyway stays up all night partying, playing loud music and then to cap it all off, starts to sing Happy Birthday in multiple languages at 4 AM (these people have yet to go to sleep by the way). And let me see what else has been wrong with this trip, the front office even divulged my personal information to another guest who was staying at the campsite and how do I know this, because the people who asked about my information, told me that they went down to the office and asked the front desk people when my stay was ending and the people at the front office told them. Where is this legal, because I know that I will never go there or here ever again. I'm still at the campground, by the way, I'm writing this review at my campsite with another day to go in my vacation. This is an overpriced campground that is poorly run and maintained, don't even get me started on the bathrooms, no matter which bath house you go to, they are all disgusting. Do yourself a favor a research other campgrounds before making a final decision on where to stay. Lastly, I will also be contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint there as well...

My family and I went on a weekend camping trip. We were really excited about our "rustic" cabin. It was great to walk in to an already air conditioned rm. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable but we knew to expect that, just wished we brought a mattress pad to avoid those poking springs. I was concerned the fridge wouldn't keep our food cold however it got extremely cold just how I like it. We were also pleased to find out we were across from the bathrooms. Bathrooms were clean and never crowded when we went in, plenty of showers and stalls for convenience. A shelf for clothing etc would have been very convenient as opposed to leaving things packed in bins. The biggest downfall was around 9:30 while I was taking a shower and the power went out (including the water) thankfully I had just finished washing my shampoo out, it was pitch black and quite scary, very luckily there was one other person in there who had there flashlight so I was able to collect my belongings. I fell asleep before the power came back on but I did have to put all the food in our cooler that still had a little ice in it. I think the power was out for about 3 hours. We were also pleased when we went to the pools , we found a 1 and 1/2 ft pool which was great for our toddler. The playground was outdated and not very exciting. All in all it was nice time :)

We stayed in a deluxe pet-friendly cabin. The cabin itself was pretty nice. However, the floor and pull- out couch bed were not clean. The queen bed and bunk beds were hard as a rock. We stayed 3 nights Wed-Fri. The resort was very crowded when we checked out on Saturday. The staff were very courteous and our kids enjoyed the huge inflatable water slide.
