Big Town Hero is my all time favorite sandwich shop! The bread is always made fresh and the people are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience here and I've been eating here since I was little!

Horrible service! They forgot my buddies sandwich, got the ingredients wrong on mine, and then refused to give us a full refund while treating me terrifible :(
