Who Are We?
The Stayton Community Food Bank was established in 1982 by the local Ministerial Association. It is a non-profit organization consisting of an all volunteer staff of 30-35 people. The SCFB provides nutritionally balanced food boxes for households until work or a regular source of help is found.
Our Mission
Unite and centralize community area efforts to feed the hungry in Stayton, Sublimity, West Stayton, Marion and rural Aumsville. We reach out to the local community, churches, service organizations, stores, Marion Polk Food Share and local special events for donations of food and funds. We partner with the USDA and Oregon Food Bank to assist with our community food needs.
This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
We offered emergency food for your household. Your food box is planned to provide food for 3 - 4 days and contains items from each food group.
