The pizza is fantastic but when I ordered delivery, the girl on the phone was over all disinterested and acted like it was a burden to take the order. I was told it would be like an hour and when I said that was okay she hung up on me and I wasn't sure if my pizza would be delivered. The driver was fantastic and once again so was the pizza but customer service goes a long way and she fell short. I definitely recommend the pizza I know the price is high but its worth it for a good splurge night. I called again tonight and once again poor customer service

This used to be the best pizza in this one-horse town. I think the one-horse left because the pizza here started getting worse. The place needs a remodel (inside and out) and everything is overpriced.

The best pizza you've had. Quality ingredients piled on to the point the pizza is actually heavy to carry out of the store. Ignore the prices... The pies are worth it. Always a good place if you have a group in Stayton also.

Ugo's is awesome! Food is always fresh and hot, clean environment that's family orientated. A great place for my family to sit down and eat and or call in for some take out. Try the spuds! All the staff is very friendly, the manager Mike is very helpful and knows his way around. Ma and Pa style business which is my preference for good customer service. Five stars hands down and I will continue to bring my money there on a frequent basis! Thanks guys!

Are family loves to stop there whenever we are in the area. However when we were there picking up take-out pizza the cook dropped our spuds (fried and cooked potato wedges (which are AMAZING!)) And we had to wait another 10min. And also I can distinctly remember shouting coming from the kitchen. Overall my family's experience with Ugo's is amazing.
