It really could be a top knotch business. The company receives tremendous traffic/customers. I would avoid this location due to the snotty snarkiness. Customer service has always been poor: rushed haphapzard not enough sales reps catering to perceptions of cash to spend. This is the second timeI have been treated like I do not have money. STOP MAKING JUDGEMENTS ABOUT THE SPENDING POWER OF CUSTOMERS BASED ON RACE AND GENDER! I KNEW MORE ABOUT THE BIKES THAN THE SALES REP! Second time going in and treated as if I am a dimwit tire kicker with no cash. The sales rep said in a very highbrow attitude "This bike is $2999". Really? Funny thing: I had 3 thousand in my pocket ready to buy either an electric bike or the lower model Biria. The sales rep sent me to the Sunrise location. Did not offer to call the location kept saying "Sunrise has more products." Drove to Sunrise: The store did NOT have more selection. This is what I am talking about and why I shop 90% online. Customer care face to face is so incredibly poor. It is a shame how the American small business has declined. A shame. I drove to North Palm Beach to an incredibly polite and efficient non judgemental bike store with electric and Biria bikes. And spent my money.

Me and my buddy went in for the first time today looking to buy a road bike, we weren't greeted at all or asked if we had questions. They lost our business for sure. Not sure what kind of business model they have setup there or if they just want to share their Hawaiian culture from the decorations inside.

This was my first time stopping here, probably my last, so I'll try not to be too critical. I dropped my bike off late on a Friday evening, about 15 mins prior to the store closing only to deal with a cocky bike technician, who made it very clear that the owner doesn't pay him over-time to handle a paying customer prior to closing. I rushed over there after working 12 hours that day only to deal with that nonsense, completely unacceptable if your running a small business. I'm sure if this guy ran any type of business and one of his employees came that way to a paying customer he wouldn't be to happy. Once i mentioned I purchased a computer for my bike online, he then started running off at the mouth about the quality of the product and that he couldn't guarantee the integrity etc. I was literally seconds from walking out of this place, but after the day I had, I just decided to drop off my bike for the installation. Once I picked it up it was installed improperly and I sent it back to get installed correctly. I guess because I didn't walk in there with a thousand dollar bike ready to purchase one of their computers they could care less about providing any type of quality service to me, who knows? I'll take my business else where next time I need anything done to my bike.

My gf and I walked in to look at bikes and met sale rep Ron. He was extremely knowledgable and his perspective on what we wanted vs needed was extremely clear. Ninety minutes later and 6 test rides later we bought 2 totally different bikes catered to our use, comfort and most importantly price. Great staff that's so easy to talk to and interact with. Better than my German car dealership! Ron (and Karen) thanks a million!
