Called them up and brought out 2 bikes the same day, both needing some repairs. Really nice guy there and was able to sort me out much more quickly and cheaply than I expected! He asked me where and how I was going to bike and tailored any options to what was reasonable. Will return.

Derek, Christy and the crew are just terrific! They love their customers and treat us like family. They do absolutely fabulous work and they do it to our satisfaction. I LOVE DOWNTOWN BICYCLES!!!!

My boyfriend bought my Citizen 2 Femme for me from here. Derek was super helpful and nice. Bike is really awesome and rides perfectly. Would recommend.

Derrick, Milton and the staff at downtown bicycles are amazing. After suffering a running injury I wanted to get into biking (less impact on joints). The team took the time to custom fit me for a bike that fit and was comfortable. After doing some research I found that the deal they gave me on my bike was better than any other shop in the area, and most places didn't even have the larger frame. Great quality and I couldn't be happier with my new Felt V110f!!! Thanks Downtown Bicycles.
