I had a very good rental experience with this shop.  They took the time to help make sure the bike was set up the way I preferred, including installation of pedals, lights, and bottle cages.  I had some issues with the bike, but they resolved them very quickly and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes.  I would rent from here again.  I just wish they had aluminum road bikes available as a step down from the pricey carbon rentals.

I have owned a Trek bicycle for many years and took it in to be serviced. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my brakes and repaired my two tires that were damaged. It only took them a couple of days to do the repairs and when they were finished they called me for pickup. I am very pleased with the work they performed and will be taking my bicycle to them for future maintenance.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my bikes, and I visited a number of specialty bikes store in FL and MA.  I was most impressed with the Trek store in Ft. Lauderdale, and so I ultimately purchased two bikes here this year (2017)- the District three speed internal hub,and the Lync 5 eight speed internal hub.  In addition, I also purchased the tire and service plans.  I really enjoy both bikes a lot.  

Although a few other stores did have same merchandise, it was the customer service that I received at the Ft. Lauderdale Trek store that tipped the scales for me.  The sales associates and the mechanics at this store are extremely consumer friendly, amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, and above all very professional.  I also know that if I ever have a problem or concern with either of my bikes, they would be there to help me. Trek and the owner of the Ft. Lauderdale store are fortunate to have such dedicated and stellar employees.  Having said that, I would like to personally thank Mathew, José, and Michael- you guys have made the Trek experience truly phenomenal and fun.

Jordan was extremely polite and respectful and quickly attentive to my needs. He gave me a discount on the equipment, and even help me install it and fix my tires. I absolutely recommend the store for anyone for their biking needs. Ask for Jordan

The only reason I gave them a 2 is because there is really only 1 employee in that store that actually enjoys his job and likes to help no matter what you bank account looks like. Every time I go in that other than when the afore mentioned employee is working I get attitude, they throw their hands in the air, or get no help. Because rather than help someone find a leak in a punctured tire because they would much rather you buya tube as aspired to a patch kit. I for 1 can not afford to by a tube every time I get a flat. They say purchase "lifetime tubes". That would be fantastic if I could afford 45.00. I'm lucky if I can afford to get a patch kit for 3.99. But they need to lighten up and help people out equally.
