I arrived to the location at 845 pm on May 13.  Upon entering I was informed by the two women working that they are closed. I said it's still fifteen minutes till 9 and your open sign is still on. I was then refused service and asked to leave. I was a 5 times or more customer per week and now I doubt I will ever go back. I'm sitting outside as I write this it's 859 pm and the open sign is still on but I and refused service. You have been my favorite coffee for years but I will find somewhere else that appreciates my business.

Here on the daily. Coffee is good, service is great. Redbull Creme Smootie w/ Strawberry is amazing!

August 21, 8:56p.m, Son and l cancelled our order upon paying, because of RUDE service  will NEVER stop at this BIGGBY AGAIN...What a shame, very loyal and good customer LOST.
