They have a huge selection of loose leaf tea, but it was REALLY expensive, so i didn't get any. We went on a Sunday afternoon, i guess right before they closed. The sandwiches were really good, but the server was rather upset we were there. They also didn't have any regular soda pop to go with the sandwiches. There are so many other restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

When I first stumbled upon this place, it was at the Cascade location. I was unimpressed by the service, but I was incredibly impressed by the coffee. Since then, I have noticed a change in the atmosphere. The owner seems to be hiring more friendly baristas, and responding to the complaints about less friendly staff. The owner himself comes across as a bit standoffish at first, but if you can talk to him about his coffee, you realize his passion is for the roasting and bean quality. It shows. The coffee is second to none. I purchase bags of whole bean coffee here on a fairly regular basis. As a bonus, you get a free cup of a coffee with the purchase of a bag of coffee.

The Staff & the Coffee at Jamnbean is awesome. As a daily visitor, I would definitely recommend this Coffee Shop to anyone downtown Grand Rapids looking for excellent service and a Quality Latte. Five Stars ⭐️

Jam'n Bean is small and pretty expensive but they have wonderful coffee that they put effort into and it is in a great location downtown
