I love this location! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. And my beverages are always so yummy!

This biggby does not accept their own coupons from phones. Get with the times. Rockford biggby is way better. This franchisee owner at west river dr needs a little better training. Definitely my first and last time here.

I recently moved to this area and I've gone to this location 6 times, 5 out of the 6 times they've messed up my order. When you inform the staff they act like it's your fault. Today they tried to give me a hot drink instead of iced and the bagel sandwich I ordered hasn't been warmed up. They don't take email coupons. Nothing good to say about this location except that one time they got my order right.
