Brought in for a fix, everything was tuned correctly. The owners was very friendly and a people person. Great warranty on work. Will bring my business back again. I highly recommend this shop to who ever is in a market for a new bike or a tune up.

Just did a Precision Saddle Pressure Mapping Fit at BA with Mike today. Great new service they are offering. Wish I did this sooner! Improved my position a ton. Can't wait to train tomorrow! Doug and the boys there are great. Best bike shop in town hands down!

Great local bike shop in Cleveland. I've purchased 3 bikes here and have always been treated well by staff and ownership. Wrenchers are knowledgeable and easy to diagnose/fix issues. The shop also hosts Thursday night rides from May to October, starting at 6:30 PM sharp. Best way to get involved and meet a great group of cyclists in the community is to ride with them! Highly recommend this to any avid or beginner cyclist!

Bike Authority has been and always will be my bike shop. From sales to excellent service, the guys at Bike Authority are top notch in all aspects of the bicycle world. Sherman is an excellent sponsor of several local triathlons and road races as well as sponsoring a few local triathlon and bike teams. From entry level to state of the art high end bikes, Bike Authority has what you need and they are also a USAT triathlon certified dealer with a professional bike fit specialist on hand. If you are looking for the complete detailed package, Bike Authority should be your first choice.

My favorite bike shop in NEO, hands down. Not only do they have some of the best mechanics in Ohio, their super knowledgable staff will take the time to help guide any consumer (amateur or enthusiast) to the best, most informed decision. I have had overhauls and minor adjustments on my bike and the fee is quite reasonable. If there is a question of quality on a product (I recently purchased a bike light that broke) they contacted the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement. In addition, I purchased a Felt F65X from the shop last year and it has been running like a champ. Can't wait to get it set up for rails-to-trails.
