I am cycling my way across the country and stopped into Joy Machines for some minor maintenance. I chatted with Josh for a while and he was incredibly helpful! He did exactly what I needed done on the bike and went way above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with a better bike than the one I walked in with. I would definitely recommend this bike shop to others. It is very obvious that the people at this shop are passionate about what they do.

I had a flat tire yesterday and cruised up to the shop to score a tube. I unknowingly got there 30 minutes after they closed. The owner was still in the shop, saw me at the door and opened up for me. He changed my tube out for me and was super nice about it. I would highly recommend visiting this bike shop.

I've been a Joy Machines customer for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience there. Truly professional folks who know what they are doing and know how to explain it to you. Would recommend to all cyclists of any level of seriousness to stop here next time you need something.

Alex and Josh are why I bought my Jamis Aurora Elite from Joy Machines. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They took time to find out what bike was the best fit for what I wanted. If you are looking for a new bike, this is the place to get it.
