Walked in there today with the intent to buy two bikes and a car rack. Was never greeted or even acknowledged. There seemed to only be two people working and one was focused on helping a woman while the other was on the phone. I was even asked to move out of the way so a sales man could get a rack and still no "be with you in a minute" or anything. After reading other reviews, this doesn't seem surprising. They might've assumed that I wasn't going to purchase anything, but now they're missing out on at least over $1,000 in a sale. Let this be a lesson in good customer service.

Make sure to take ALL of your bike gear from the bike.  That's right down to the rear view I had attached to my drops and always have had one there during my entire adult cycling life.
"It wasn't there."  I was told.  I pointed to the fact that the tube had no end cap like the other drip as that is where the mirror mount was plugged in.
I was scoffed at by some ignorant workers who were cross calling through the window there as I was trying to get the manager to look me in the eye.  Their scoffing provided him with backbone, I guess, as he would not even consider the possibility that he and his "team" would loose/take such a thing.
"Mister we keep track of that stuff when people drop off.  You didn't have anything there, face the facts"
WHAT!!!???
Lol, the disrespect and unprofessional manner was so ridiculous I started to feel like I was in a Seinfeld plot with me as George.
Go elsewhere.
Even supposing I was completely wrong the look down their nose banter to me and about me to each other would be enough to give the advice to avoid this shop.

Disappointed at best. I needed a crown, lower, and upper race pressed into a headset on Sunday in a timely fashion. At most 5 minutes of labor, but mid explanation I was de-prioritized as a customer that clearly came in after me was was shuffled ahead on a tire tube sale and service. A quick search showed the other bike shops in the area were closed.  On a whim, I drive through town and to my relief Hybrid Cycles was OPEN.  I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I'll take a shop that respects and listens  to customers over franchise shops that prioritizes tire change quotas and bike sales any day.

We're retired and want to stay active but hadn't ridden a bike in longer than we want to admit and given the professional, non-pressure approach of Bill the manager we bought 2 Electra Townie bikes and all the gear! Good value, great service and high confidence in this shop and team to help keep our bike in top share for years to come. Thank you Bill and BikeLine!

I moved to the area about 2 years ago and neglected my bike in the garage. After asking around was told to go here by a couple friends and couldn't be happier with the service. They contacted me if anything wasn't covered under the tune up and ran down options for replacement parts.  They also solved the issue I've had with rough shifting for about 5 years. Great people, great service, and at a price for less than I was thinking. I'll be going to them for all my future bike needs!
